“POSITIVITY”


Many of us think that in life, changes intertwined with problems are difficult to   handle with, but in reality; “OPTIMISM” is what we really need “POSITIVITY”   - that’s all that matters.

In this real world where we are right now, we humans should face the diverse 


hindrances with all the confidence to surpass it. God gave us different challenges that  


we need to face. These challenges made us stronger. Every challenge in our life that 

we may encounter sometimes we tend give up because of being a negative person. 


Some persons commits suicide because they find their problems too hard that they 


think the solution of their problem is to kill their self’s. Actually those people who think 


that their problems have no solution at all are those persons who are very negative 

thinking type of person. Some are taking hostages to the person they think that they


 are the root of the problems. After killing those poor innocence people they also kill 


themselves.

 This one of the reason why people commits suicide.  

Stress “is your body’s way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both 

good and bad experiences. Being stress when we feel that everything seems to have too 


much- we are overloaded and wonder whether we really can cope with the pressure upon us.”

workaholic, not taking enough rest, not sleeping at the right time or having not enough sleep.


 Most of stressful people are those who are having their own business that they can’t relax 

anymore. When we are stress we need to relax, this is one way to be stress free for only a few 


hours. We don’t need to work very hard, our body needs rest and it is not also good to be 


workaholic. Stress is also one of the reasons why a person commits suicide because they can’t


 handle it anymore. These people need to look for a way to be stress free. They have to be a 


positive minded person or optimistic to face their problems. They need to share their 


problems to their friends or parents for them to be guided what the
y are going to do.



All of us have its own obstacles that our Almighty God has given to us to make us to be an 

optimistic person and have faith on him that all the problems can be solved
